You need to be a member of the SubhaMangal Vadhu-Var Suchak Sanstha (myshubhmangal.com) to make use of information and other facilities on the website. You also need to abide by all the rules and regulations of the website to be a member. By accepting membership of the myshubhmangal.com, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the website, which is an agreement between you and Sanstha. Sanstha has all the right to change and update the rules and regulations at any time, which would be informed to members through their email ids.

Terms, Conditions and Suggestions

1. At the time of registration, Groom (Var) candidate should have completed 21 years and Bride (Vadhu) candidate should have completed 18 years of their age.
2. Registration form should be complete and correct in all aspects.
3. Member should submit his/her one-to-three photographs (size 4x6 inch) and one photocopy of his/her Kundali (Horoscope) at Sanstha’s office.
4. Information about the member will be available on the website - www.myshubhmangal.com as well as at the SubhaMangal Vadhu-Var Suchak Sanstha’s office
5. Sanstha always presumed that any of the information provided by the member is correct in all aspects. Member is fully responsible for any of the information provided by him/her or their family. For the same, Sanstha will not be held responsible.
6. If it is found that any of the information provided by the member is incorrect, his/her membership will be cancelled with immediate effect. In that case, member will not be entitled for any refund.
7. On the receipt of all the required documents, information and the registration fees, member will be considered as a registered member.
8. Member’s information will be made available online within 48 hours at realization of payment.
9. Registration Fee once paid is not refundable under any circumstances.
10. Membership Fee/Renewal Fee is Rs 1,500 per year.
    Member can pay his/her Membership Fee at the Sanstha's office in cash or can deposit/transfer the same in State Bank of India, details as below:

11. Under any circumstances, membership fees will not be refunded.
12. Fee for the participation in “Melava” is not included in your membership fees. Member will be informed whenever Sanstha organizes Melava. Melava is for members as well as non-members.
13. Responsibilities of verifying the information provided by the member lies with member and his/her family. For the same and in future, Sanstha will not be held responsible.
14. Member will have ongoing obligation to monitor your compliance with Sanstha’s rules. Your membership can be cancelled of non- compliance. In that case, member will not be entitled for any refund.
15. If it is found that any member is making the misuse of the other member’s information, his/her membership will be cancelled with immediate effect. In that case, member will not be entitled for any refund.
16. Shubh Mangal Vadhu-Var Suchak Sanstha (myshubhmangal.com) is just a mean to help you find most suitable "Jodidar". Member should not presume that his/her marriage will get fixed immediately after the registration is done.
17. Divorcee should submit his/her “Divorce Certificate” in the office at the time of registration.
18. Member should know his/her file number (generated in the office) and registration number (generated on the website). If member’s parents or relatives are coming in the Sanstha to see profiles, they should carry payment receipt with them.
19. Membership will be valid for the period of one year. Thereafter, if you want to continue, you need to renew your membership by paying fee Rs 1,500/- per year. You will be informed on the closure or cancellation of your membership through email. You can simply contact or SMS on 9930489242. You will get 10 days time to take decision about your renewal. After that your profile will be removed from the file (in Sanstha’s office) and from the website as well.
20. Shubh Mangal Vadhu-Var Suchak Sanstha is meant for Hindu-Maratha as well as other Marathi sub-caste. Member from all-over world can register their names with Sanstha.
21. For any enquiry or query, you can contact on the numbers provided on the site between 10 AM to 1 PM and 4 PM to 8 PM on Monday to Saturday, and 10 AM to 1 PM on Sunday.
22. Member or their parents should search profiles as per their expectations.
23. Member should let know their reply for any enquiry from the other members at the earliest. So that they can take decision based on that. If it is find that he/she is not replying or co-operating others, his/her membership will be terminated (In that case, member will not be entitled for any refund). Take any decision that is your call. If you need more time, ask for it, but do respect the other member’s expectations.
24. If member’s marriage is fixed, he/she or their parents should inform Sanstha with their member id and name. You should also collect your photographs and kundli from the office within a month. One can send his/her marriage snap with small message about the Sanstha. We don’t accept any donation from member’s for marriage fixation.
25. You can access the ShubhMangal Vadhu-Var Suchak Sanstha’s website (www.myshubhmangal.com) from anywhere in the world. If you are active registered member then you can also search for "Jodidar" profile.
26. We have provided search option whereby you can get the best suitable "Jodidar" for your profile.
27. Shubh Mangal Vadhu-Var Suchak Sanstha is owned by Shankar Vithoba Matkar (Mumbai; Native – Batkanangle, Tehsil – Gadhinglaj; District – Kolhapur; State - Maharashtra). It doesn’t have any type of relation with any agent or intermediaries. If any one is claiming so, please let us know. Likewise, if any member found using information on the site for other use, his/her membership will be terminated. In that case, member will not be entitled for any refund.
28. Your membership is meant for a year. It is not transferable.
29. To make use of the website, i.e. to promote member’s profile on it and get other members’ details, member should provide mobile number and email address.
30. Member can email his/her complaints and suggestions to Sanshta.
31. Member can change his photo twice a year for free. After that, he/she will be charged Rs 50 per photo.
32. ShubhMangal Vadhu-Var Suchak Sanstha reserves the right to change terms & conditions from time to time.
33. Sanstha also holds the right to send member’s information to other member in whichever manner it deem appropriate to it on their request.
34. Shubh Mangal Vadhu-Var Suchak Sanstha owns and retains all the proprietory rights in www.myshubhmangal.com. Without its prior permission, one can not copy, modify or display any of its information. Though, myshubhmangal.com is taking all the care to prevent misuse of the content on the site, still it is advisable not to disclose any of your personal information to other member without being sure at their intentions and authenticity.
35. Shubh Mangal Vadhu-Var Suchak Sanstha doesn’t sell or provide any information on rental basis to anyone. It is meant for the registered member of the Sanstha.
36. Shubh Mangal Vadhu-Var Suchak Sanstha is a matrimonial website which helps prospective bride and groom to select their desired and most suitable "Jodidar".
37. Sanstha and it becomes necessary for it to collect important information about its member to serve you better. No member should use it for their benefit or harass other member.
38. Member can terminate his/her membership at any time, for any reason by informing so to Shubh Mangal Vadhu-Var Suchak Sanstha. In that case, member will not be entitled for any refund.
39. ShubhMangal Vadhu-Var Suchak Sanstha (www.myshubhmangal.com) is a matrimonial website which helps prospective bride and groom to select their desired and most suitable "Jodidar".
40. Sanstha will give member more and more options to select from, but making detail enquiry about the other member is that member’s responsibility.
41. If www.myshubhmangal.com website is down due to technical error which is not in Sanstha’s control, then Sanstha will not be held responsible for that.
